Shipping policy

NPC Distribution ships either by courier (ground) or Canada Post regular parcel. We can expedite shipping upon request, and will charge you the difference.

NPC Distributions minimum order is $100. Orders and backorders totalling over $750 are shipped freight free.

Orders less than $750 including back orders are charged a minimum 15% value of total order before taxes for shipping and service fees.

Specific time of day delivery instruction requests are subject to an additional $15 service and handling charge.

Remote locations (those which our couriers define as "beyond points") such as Yukon and Nunavut will be charged a freight surcharge calculated as actual freight cost over and above 5% of the invoice value.

Damage Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. All damage claims must be made to the shipping company: no credit can be given unless this procedure is followed.
